We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  HR Business Partner (HRBP)  to lead and support key people initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employees’ needs. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to management, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence. You will play a pivotal role in driving a positive workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and optimizing people strategies that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and oversee  end-to-end HR operations , including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain  HR policies and procedures  that promote fairness, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize  HRIS platforms  for accurate employee data management, analytics, and reporting.
• Ensure  compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies , maintaining a legally sound HR environment.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage statutory filings, audits, and risk mitigation.
• Drive  performance management , succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across departments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies.
• Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to meet business demands effectively.
• Oversee  compliance audits , policy updates, and training to maintain organizational readiness and governance.
• Facilitate  employee engagement programs , feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to build a strong organizational culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusivity, and performance.
