Description -

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniScript, and OmniStudio . In this role, you will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities -

Solution Design & Development

Build and customize applications on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Develop OmniScripts and FlexCards to deliver guided, dynamic user experiences.

Configure OmniStudio components including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Matrices.

Integration & Automation

Implement integrations between Salesforce FSC and external systems using OmniStudio tools.

Automate workflows and data flows to enhance efficiency and customer journeys.

Customization & Configuration

Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet business requirements.

Configure FSC features such as Household Data Model, Financial Accounts, and Relationship Groups.

Collaboration & Support

Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Document solutions, create technical specifications, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Technical Skills -

Salesforce Platform

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and declarative tools.

OmniStudio Suite

OmniScripts : guided user interactions.

FlexCards : dynamic UI components.

DataRaptors : ETL processes.

Integration Procedures : multi-step integrations.

Calculation Procedures / Matrices : complex business logic.

Programming & Tools

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL.

REST / SOAP APIs for integrations.

Git / Version Control, CI / CD pipelines.

Other Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
