Job Title : Real Estate Data Research & Lead Generation Specialist
Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift Timing : 6 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Role Overview :
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the origination and business development team by identifying commercial real estate (CRE) owners, developers, and key decision-makers. The role involves performing deep-dive research using CoStar, online databases, public records, and property intelligence tools. You will be responsible for compiling accurate, verified contact lists, enriching data, and supporting outbound outreach campaigns.
This position requires strong research skills, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities :
Real Estate Research & Data Collection
- Conduct property-level and ownership research using CoStar, LoopNet, public records, county assessor sites, and other CRE databases.
- Identify and verify ownership details, including individual owners, LLC entities, and development firms.
- Gather data on commercial properties across multiple asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land.
- Lead Generation & Contact Verification
- Research and verify contact information for key decision-makers such as owners, partners, CEOs, COOs, asset managers, and development heads.
- Cross-check contact details through , company websites, email verification tools, and phone directories.
- Identify new potential leads based on criteria provided by the origination team.
Data Management & Reporting :
Organize, clean, and maintain datasets in HubSpot CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.Update contact lists regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Track daily / weekly productivity metrics and ensure research targets are consistently met.Provide weekly reports summarizing the number of leads researched, verified, and added to CRM.Collaboration & Process Improvement :
Work closely with the origination / business development team to understand property and lead requirements.Recommend improvements in research processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Maintain quality standards while meeting high-volume lead research quotas.Required Qualifications :
Strong proficiency in CoStar for commercial real estate research (mandatory).Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.Excellent online research capabilities, including working with databases, public records, and people-search tools.Strong knowledge of Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, formatting, data cleaning).Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in commercial real estate research, brokerage, lead generation, or data analytics.Familiarity with CRE asset classes and property terms (NOI, cap rates, occupancy, absorption).Experience with email verification tools (ZeroBounce, Hunter.io).Prior exposure to US real estate markets and terminology.
