Job descriptionQualify leads based on established criteria such as Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile. Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team to drive the next steps in the sales process. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure seamless transition of qualified leads. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to uncover new outreach opportunities and refine prospecting tactics. Track and report weekly metrics including outbound contacts, qualified leads, appointments set, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years in outbound lead generation or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment.
