As a Senior Adviser, Work Integrated Learning, you will :

• Drive student participation by implementing programs and initiatives that enhance work-integrated learning opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to develop, manage, and support student placements in line with university policies.
• Provide ethical and strategic advice to students and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on work-integrated learning.
• Develop practical solutions that address work-integrated learning challenges while meeting student and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work-integrated learning activities, including placements, internships, study tours, and career events.

To be successful, you’ll have :

• Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field, such as higher education, student advising, or career education.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience collaborating across business, government, community sectors, and students.
• Experience navigating complex administrative structures , policies, and procedures, preferably within higher education.
• Expertise in student advising, career education, or international education , supporting student success and employability.
• Knowledge of the graduate employment landscape , including industry trends and workforce requirements.
