About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic National Key Account Manager to lead and accelerate growth within our National Key Accounts portfolio. You will be accountable for revenue and profitability targets, working closely with brands to sell additional solutions and delivering exceptional service and candidates to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop, coordinate and lead strategic planning and implementation within National Key Accounts.
- Achieve financial objectives through effective management of resources and budgets.
- Deliver innovative workforce solutions to the portfolio of clients.
- Expand into new client divisions and markets to increase market share.
- Participate in client presentations, bids, tenders and wider sales activities.
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and contracts with legal support.
- Prepare and present accurate rate cards.
- Create an environment of continuous learning and personal development within National Key Accounts.
- Build a strong organisational culture to deliver speed and efficiency.
- Inspire and lead a purpose-driven team committed to delivering results.
- Collaborate with Candidate Engagement and Recruitment Delivery teams to maximise candidate experience and service quality.
- Develop and build new and existing client and candidate relationships.
- Lead client relationship management including service delivery models and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Act as escalation point for client and contractor management issues.
- Ensure compliance with awards, HR, industrial relations laws and safety standards.
- Maintain awareness and alignment with Quality ISO standards and ManpowerGroup health, safety and environmental policies.
What You Bring
Robust account management and leadership skills with superior communication.Strong team orientation and ability to influence senior management.Convincing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.High commercial acumen and strategic development experience.Exposure to fast-paced, transactional environments.Proven experience in recruitment or similar industries.Experience with National and / or Global Accounts preferred.What We Offer
