Description
- The Technical Business Analyst, is a critical role who will support the Data Governance Platform by capturing requirements from stakeholders; support the E2E global business requirement gathering sessions; document requirements; define E2E global functional specifications for enhancements to the firm's data governance platform (Collibra DIP and Collibra Data Quality). This role will design and prepare training materials and job aids focused on each Collibra release; and analyze and facilitate remediation of issues with the data governance platform. The Business Analyst will partner with our technology partners and Collibra developers in implementing requirements captured.
- No direct reports. This role will be responsible for all business requirements documentation and capturing enhancements for the Data Governance Platform (Collibra DIP) and Collibra Data Quality.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements gathering.Must be flexible to work in shifts and / or on a rotational basisDesired Competencies :

Collaborate with diverse global stakeholders across various business units to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive global functional requirements. Capture and document detailed requirements in standardized Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) specifically for enhancements and new functionalities within the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) and Collibra Data Quality.Ensure all documented requirements adhere to established global policies, standards, and frameworksParticipate in review sessions with stakeholders to effectively prioritize enhancement requests based on business value and strategic alignment. Work closely with the relevant stakeholders (business and technical) to organize, assign, and track enhancements through the release lifecycle.Lead thorough review sessions of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications with technology teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment to inform development efforts.Work closely with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team to ensure that unit test cases accurately reflect the requested enhancements and validate the functionality.Develop comprehensive training guides for each release, clearly documenting new enhancements and changes in functionality for end-users.Conduct requirements review sessions with technical Collibra developers to ensure understanding on business requirements.Work with the testing team on every UAT conducted. This effort, often performed on a monthly basis, involves assisting in the creation of UAT test cases, helping users complete UAT, and summarizing the results of UAT cycles.Conduct requirements review sessions with technical Collibra developers to ensure understanding on business requirements.Working with Us :
