TECEZE - L2 Network Engineer - Routing & Switching

We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, along with strong troubleshooting skills to maintain robust and secure network operations.

This role involves both operational support and implementation of new network solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain L2 / L3 switches to ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and performance.
• Deploy, configure, and manage firewalls to strengthen network security and control access.
• Set up and manage wireless access points to deliver reliable wireless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware failures, and configuration errors.
• Monitor network performance metrics and take proactive steps to optimize and upgrade network infrastructure as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, topologies, and hardware installations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or administration.
