Organise daily call for Incident & SRM tickets for continual improvements.

Updating & Verifying Network diagrams

Monitor & Maintain network infrastructure, including SDWAN, SCBRACK, LAN, WAN, Firewall, Load balancer, Aruba wireless, and data centre networks Globally.

Monitor & Maintain Multi-Vendor Environment like Avaya, Juniper, Aruba switches.

Monitor & Maintain on Cisco catalyst and Nexus switches, Routers, SDWAN devices.
