Job descriptionLead the 2 manufacturing facilities as well as build newer plants to cater for growth Build a culture of high process adherence, working efficiently, reducing waste and innovation Drive hiring of permanent / temporary workforce, training's and manage attrition Manage supply chain, drive improvements to reduce customer delivery timelines, reduce costs and procurement risks Identify and create more leaders within the company to lead various functions Improve quality standards, hygiene, safety metrics within different functions Bachelors of Engineering from a good institute 12+ yrs of experience Strong manufacturing experience with process excellence Teamwork Oriented Thorough and Organized
