Objective :
To lead and manage end-to-end operations of the manufacturing unit including production, purchase, planning, stores, quality, technical, and project execution. This role requires cross-functional leadership to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, quality control, and execution of both standard and custom products (Poles & PEB). The role will directly report to the CEO and will be accountable for performance and productivity across all operational functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate all departments involved in production, purchase, planning, stores, maintenance, admin, and technical functions.
Plan, track and review daily production schedules and ensure timely dispatch of products.
Ensure raw material procurement is aligned with production planning and customer deadlines.
Streamline the PPC (Planning & Control) process to optimize capacity, manpower, and material utilization.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations and stock audits.
Implement and monitor SOPs for quality control, maintenance, and safety across operations.
Lead the technical team for new product development, design review, and engineering accuracy.
Track project execution for PEB structures including BOQ, billing, site management, and erection coordination.
Lead performance reviews and KPI tracking of all department heads under operations.
Participate in strategic planning and operational forecasting with the CEO and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills & Leadership Traits :
Strong leadership in manufacturing and multi-department operations.
Experience in metal fabrication, infrastructure products, or PEB preferred.
Excellent planning, coordination, and team handling skills.
Working knowledge of ERP / Production Planning Systems.
Sharp problem-solving mindset with ability to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil preferred) MBA a plus.
10+ years of operations management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Must have led cross-functional teams and handled end-to-end operations.
