Product Owner

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis and systems requirements documentation, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to reverse engineer legacy applications, develop functional documentation, and drive the development of new application frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and meticulously document business and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Architects, Technical, and QA teams to reverse engineer legacy applications, creating comprehensive functional documentation to serve as a foundation for new application frameworks.
• Initiate and lead client meetings to gather requirements, translating them into functional documentation with appropriate technical details.
• Maintain detailed logs of meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, and updates to ensure transparency and effective communication across teams.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review deliverables, assess quality, and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Review test strategies, plans, and cases prepared by QA teams, providing necessary approvals and ensuring thorough testing processes.
• Perform reviews of QA testing outcomes, triaging and prioritizing defect or bug resolutions to maintain product integrity.
• Work closely with project management teams to plan deliverables and conduct post-delivery analyses for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working within both Agile and Waterfall environments, adapting processes as needed to meet project goals.
• Enhance the functional knowledge of project teams by conducting training sessions at both project and organizational levels.
