Role Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned SF Product Owner to lead the development and management of Salesforce products, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep product management expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to bridge technology with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce solutions, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and capabilities.
- Drive product vision and strategy, aligning product roadmaps with business objectives.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including users, executives, and platform champions.
- Manage multiple scrum teams, providing clear direction and prioritization to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Understand business problems and translate them into technology solutions that deliver high business value.
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify and prioritize product features.
- Ensure product quality by setting performance standards and assessing risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain project management processes to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and research teams to enhance product offerings.
- Report project outcomes and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to team growth by fostering a high-performance culture and empowering team members.
Mandatory Skills :
Product Ownership : Extensive experience in product ownership, product management, and business analysis.Salesforce Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and CRM processes.ERP Experience : Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with Salesforce solutions.Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all levels.Agile Methodologies : Hands-on experience working with Agile teams, including scrum and scrum of scrums.Problem-Solving : Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Communication : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Preferred Skills :
