Engineer - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain focused test plans.
• Perform complex test cases and maintain associated test records.
• Participate in agile estimation and provide inputs during the development lifecycle.
• Assist development teams in resolving critical customer issues in a timely manner.
• Reconstruct complex issues into clear proofs for development fixes.
• Ensure quality in building, packaging, and deploying code.
• Identify patterns needing quality intervention before QA environments.
• Design test plans for future requirements.
• Set up and maintain testing environments.
• Utilize automated test scripts to perform testing duties.
• Conduct peer test reviews and suggest improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members.
• Foster teamwork and proactively mentor and develop team members.
• Apply problem-solving skills to minimize test plan rework.
• Use customer understanding and relevant technology knowledge to ensure high-quality product / service delivery.
