We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer with 12–15 years of expertise in designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, UI / UX best practices, and a proven track record of leading UI projects from concept to deployment.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the design and development of complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Translate UX wireframes and design mockups into response, pixel-perfect user interface
• Implement component-driven architecture using reusable UI components and design systems
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility and scalability
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL Endpoints
• Participate and drive coding standards, code review and design discussions to ensure best practices
• Contribute to evolve organization's front end development standards, tooling and CI / CD Practices
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Architect and implement reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability.
