Deputy Manager - Branch Operations

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily branch operations including cash management, transactions, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Manage and support branch staff, including training and performance monitoring
• Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist in achieving branch targets and business growth
• Monitor operational risks and suggest improvements
• Prepare reports on branch performance and operations
• Support the Branch Manager in all operational tasks
