Job Description :

Experience required : 3-4 years.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting distributed solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.

Your role includes handling incident management processes, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), optimizing operational processes, and improving monitoring and observability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI / CD pipelines and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service management (ITSM), AWS cloud technologies, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Incident Management : Handle end-to-end incident processes, ensuring timely resolution, escalation, and clear communication.
• Problem Management & RCA : Perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis and drive long-term corrective actions.
• Operational Enhancements : Streamline workflows and introduce automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitoring & Observability : Define monitoring needs, set up alerts, and ensure proactive detection of issues.
• Runbook Management : Maintain and improve runbooks to standardize troubleshooting and routine tasks.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen CI / CD pipelines and operational practices.
• DevOps Support : Contribute to adoption of AWS cloud services and DevOps principles in daily operations.

Education & Experience :

University degree in Information technology, engineering or equivalent.
