Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Head who will bring deep expertise in brand management, sales strategy, and digital marketing within the FMCG or Home Care / Fabric Care segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities and a strong grasp of modern business growth levers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, drive, and scale the PUER brand through innovative strategies and focused execution.
• Own the P&L, driving growth through customer acquisition, retention, product expansion, marketing excellence, and robust distribution.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective business plans.
• Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and digital metrics to enhance conversion rates and identify new growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital innovations that can enhance brand performance and consumer engagement.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance to achieve quarterly and annual growth goals.
