Job description
  • Prepare detailed project budgets and forecasts, analysing and reporting on variances.
  • Monitor project costs, tracking expenditures and ensuring proper allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to develop financial reports and project metrics.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of project accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely billing and collections from clients.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing detailed project cost documentation.
  • Review and approve timesheets, expense reports, and other project-related financial documents.
  • Partner cross functionally both within finance and globally across functions (operations, tax, audit, accounts payable, accounting, legal, etc)
