Job Title : Inside Sales Intern
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating leads, engaging prospects, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning sales strategies, communication skills, and CRM tools in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation , prospect research, and outreach.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
- Support in preparing sales presentations , proposals, and product information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system .
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and help nurture customer relationships.
- Analyse sales data and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead-nurturing activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications , or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and engaging with customers.Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.What You’ll Gain
