About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering and Product to lead our technology and product functions in unison, driving innovation, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines deep technical leadership with strong product strategy expertise, making it ideal for individuals who have successfully scaled products and engineering teams in high-growth environments. As a dual leader of engineering and product, you will set the vision, structure the teams, and ensure seamless alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on experience as an Engineering Manager and Product Manager , has a user-first mindset, and thrives in a startup or fast-paced organization. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with stakeholders across design, growth, operations, and customer success.
