Head of Engineering - Full Stack Development

Job Description :

Function : IT Operations and Support - Solution Architecture / Presales, Software Engineering - Backend Development, Frontend Development Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers. They will be responsible for the overall technical direction of the team, as well as the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with development and will be instrumental in driving the core development of the product from scratch.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of engineers
• Set technical direction for the team
• Oversee the development of new features and products
• Ensure that the team meets deadlines and objectives
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive the core development of the product from :
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering management
• Strong understanding of. NET framework
• Exposure to any frontend framework is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
