About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Brand Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing efforts across leading online platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Nykaa, Myntra, and the company's own website. This role is critical in driving business results through innovative online strategies, shopper-centric marketing executions, and close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Performance & Growth :
- Deliver business targets for the e-commerce channel, including company-owned D2C platforms.
- Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in achieving account-wise and channel-wide revenue goals.
- Drive market share growth through strategic decision-making and platform-specific initiatives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution :
Develop high-impact PPC (Search) and PPM (Display) campaigns tailored to each platform.Own the monthly e-commerce marketing calendar across assigned brands and categories.Collaborate with platform marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and ROI.Manage content creation (images, banners, A+ content) internally or via agencies / freelancers.Participate in Joint Business Planning with KAMs for lead accounts.Plan and execute seasonal, tactical, and BAU (Business As Usual) campaigns aligned with brand and platform strategies.Continuously capture and analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and shopper behavior.Provide regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with insights and recommendations.Product & Brand Management :
Oversee product listings, catalog optimization, and content enrichment across marketplaces.Ensure best-in-class shopper experience throughout the purchase journey.Align assortment planning to offer a differentiated portfolio for e-commerce consumers.Track and improve product visibility, rankings, ratings, and reviews.Coordinate new product launches to ensure maximum impact and reach.Customer Understanding & Share Growth :
Develop deep understanding of portal-wise shopper behavior and purchase drivers.Utilize SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation, Ratings / Reviews) framework to enhance digital shelf presence.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and e-commerce innovations to remain ahead of the curve.Leverage organic and paid tactics to win in search and drive conversion.Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration :
