As a Key Account Manager in the Train@Work division, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships. Your primary focus will be on driving business development, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing end-to-end service delivery for our core client.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
Monitor client satisfaction and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Requirements :
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in the training & workforce development industry preferred.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
