Job descriptionLocation : Wagle Estate, Thane Experience : Minimum 1 year in International Process (US, UK, Australia process preferred) Employment Type : Full-time, Immediate joiners preferred Work Schedule : Night Shift, 5 days a week Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international process (US, UK, Australia). Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : Experience in US sales, customer service, retentions, collections, or medical billing.
