Product Manager

We are a well-funded start-up that straddles insurance, finance, travel, and technology in the B2B space. We are backed by a well-established Private Equity firm , incubated by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses , and collaborate with some of the most reputed financial services and travel partners in India and abroad. Within 18 months of inception, we have established ourselves as one of the most innovative, customer-centric, and fast-growing businesses in our space.

We are looking for a high-potential product manager to drive our next level of growth. You will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of our digital insurance products and Value Added Services and collaborate closely with engineering and the business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate would have :

• 3 to 10 years of stellar track record in a product management role with a leading online travel portal, Insurtech firm, or online business
• Experience working in agile development environments
• A solid academic background, including preferably an MBA and strong analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• A good understanding of insurance products and processes, especially in the travel space, would be a significant plus.
