A leading furniture brand is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Executive to manage client interactions, provide support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist walk-in customers or handle queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide detailed information about furniture products, materials, and pricing.
Maintain customer records and process orders efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and service teams for smooth delivery and installation.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and service requests with professionalism.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain showroom standards and assist in visual merchandising if required.
Requirements
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Preferred Experience :
1–3 years in customer service, preferably in furniture, retail, or interior decor industry.
