Primary Responsibilities

• Co-ordination with customer for Warranty Handling within set Turnaround Time / Response time.
• Technical knowledge of tyre functioning and other manufacturing and field related conditions.
• Co-ordination with Business and Service team for synergy building.
• Reporting to Regional manager on daily warranty handling and MIS.
• Coordinating with Field engineering team for mileage surveys, new condition developments and other warranty related conditions.
• Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution.
• Keeping track of Competitive latest policy, Product, and technology development for benchmarking.
• Conducting Fleet tests and Follow-ups with customers for new development projects.
• Develop strong business relationship with Replacement channel and OEM Workshops by providing excellent and timely Customer Service Support.
• Conducting Mileage Survey.
• Campaign Support, Tyre safety and maintenance awareness, Customer Connect programs etc.
• Handling team of 3P technical experts and assisting them on real time basis for instant warranty support to customers and OE customers.
• Regular meetings with Consumer OE and Farm OE field / State / Regional service leaders for better PR and close working.
