Role : Analyst – Learning Operations

Location : Gurgaon (GGN) -F2F interview only -Local candidates.

Experience -2 -3 years only -Junior candidates only.

Duration : 6 Months (Contract)

Pay Rate : 3.96 LPA

Role Overview :

The Learning Analyst will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) , creation and launch of learning interventions , and coordination of virtual and classroom instructor-led trainings . The role also involves handling learning reports, permissions, and system operations to support seamless learning delivery.

• Bachelor's degree and certification in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field.
• Experience with learning platform integration is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems and tools is advantageous.
