Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives across IT projects and staff augmentation services . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, proven success in building client relationships, and a deep understanding of the MENA region market.

This role requires someone who is open to travel , highly driven, and capable of independently managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT projects and staff augmentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially within the MENA region
• Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, and leadership) to align solutions with client needs
• Travel as required to meet clients, attend business meetings, and represent the company in relevant forums
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts
• Track market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to stay competitive
