Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Build strong relationships with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), MEP firms, and end clients.
- Lead client presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics using CRM tools.
- Represent Inviot AV at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in the region.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AV integration, IT solutions, or workspace technologies.Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts in the enterprise sector.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong local market knowledge in Hyderabad / South India.Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.What We Offer :
