We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise and experience in HR, Payroll, Absence Management, or Talent modules.
Mandatory Skills :
- Minimum 8+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules for US legislation
1. Fusion Time & Labor
Good knowledge in :1. OTL Fast Formulas
2. Fusion Absence
3. Fusion Core HR
Should have good communication and presentation skillsMust have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.Key Skills :
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture.Hands-on experience with one or more HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.).Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and BI Publisher.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Oracle certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
