Role : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll & Fast Formula)

Experience : 8+ years

Location : Hyderabad, India (Work from Office Only)

Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a deep specialization in Payroll and Fast Formula? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a passion for building scalable, real-time solutions? If so, bTranzSoftware Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Hyderabad.

As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant at bTranz, you will be instrumental in delivering and implementing robust HCM solutions for our diverse clientele. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in Oracle Payroll and Fast Formula to design, configure, and deploy effective and efficient payroll processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure the successful implementation and support of Oracle HCM and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a strong emphasis on Payroll and Fast Formula.

Gather and analyze client business requirements related to payroll processing, compensation rules, and statutory compliance.

Design, configure, and implement Oracle Payroll modules, including pay structures, earnings, deductions, taxes, and payment processing.

Develop complex Fast Formulas to meet specific client requirements for payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and other HCM processes.

Configure and implement Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management modules as needed, demonstrating a broad understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions with clients to gather requirements and present solution designs.

Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.

Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and troubleshoot issues.

Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients.

Stay abreast of the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates, features, and best practices.

Collaborate effectively with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and custom development.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the development of best practices within the Oracle HCM practice.

Mandatory Skills :

Extensive experience (8+ years) as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Payroll and Fast Formula.

Proven track record of successful implementations and support of Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Demonstrated ability to build scalable, real-time solutions in fast-paced settings.

Deep understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency in writing and debugging complex Fast Formulas.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage client in Human Resources (HR) or a related field.
