About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support. You will leverage your deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules to translate complex business needs into effective system configurations, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full-cycle, end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring successful project delivery from planning to deployment.
• Conduct in-depth business requirements gathering sessions and effectively translate client needs into robust Oracle HCM Cloud system configurations.
• Provide expert consultation and configuration across key Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Workforce Structures.
• Design, configure, and manage Approvals workflows within Oracle HCM Cloud to align with client business processes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HCM security models, including user roles and data access controls.
• Facilitate and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, addressing feedback and ensuring system validation.
• Develop and deliver effective user training programs to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
• Provide critical go-live support and post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
• Act as a key liaison, coordinating closely with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
