Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and lead initiatives related to our Forex Card product line. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the prepaid card lifecycle, specifically in the context of Forex card operations, and possess the analytical and communication skills required to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Forex and prepaid card products.
• Analyze and document business requirements related to Forex card functionalities including issuance, reloads, top-up fees, and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to drive product enhancements and new features.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to card usage and customer behavior.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize card operations.
• Ensure business requirements are translated accurately into functional specifications for development teams.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and industry trends affecting prepaid and Forex card products.
