- Skillfully conduct requirement workshops and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive customer business requirements.
- Articulate complex business needs clearly and concisely, translating them into detailed Requirement Documents.
Solution Conceptualization & Design :
Conceptualize innovative solutions using our product offering to effectively meet the diverse requirements of the customer.Discuss and present various solution scenarios to customers, guiding them through options and securing agreement on the chosen approach.Functional Testing & Quality Assurance :
Develop detailed Functional Test Case Documents.Lead and execute functional testing, meticulously reporting and tracking defects to ensure high-quality solution delivery.End-to-End Solution Ownership :
Take full responsibility for the solution to be delivered to customers, from the initial requirement confirmation stage through to final customer acceptance.Team Leadership :
Lead the development team, providing clear guidance and direction to build the proposed solution using available product offerings.Lead the engagement team to ensure the final solution is thoroughly tested and formally approved by the customer.Stakeholder Management :
Interact effectively with senior management of customer organizations, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth project progression.Maintain overall management skills to ensure customer relationships remain positive and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Domain Expertise : Prior, extensive experience in the Insurance domain is essential.Technical Acumen :Skilled in requirement gathering and articulating complex business needs.Proficiency in creating Requirement Documents and Functional Test Case Documents.Experience in executing Functional testing and reporting defects.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities to conduct insightful sessions with customer personnel and critically evaluate proposed solutions.Conceptualization : Proven ability to conceptualize innovative solutions.Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of clear and concise presentation.Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead a team of development members and drive engagement.Problem-Solving : Strong in problem-solving and quick in decision-making.Personal Attributes : Confident, Responsible, and High Initiative Driven.Education : MBA / MMS / PGDBA (mandatory first class throughout in academics).Additional Information
