Role Description

We’re expanding our offshore support team and are hiring a Remote Loan Processor based in India . You will support our mortgage brokers in Australia by handling backend loan processing tasks, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth client experience from start to finish. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Process home loan applications from submission to settlement.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders (primarily via email and phone).
• Keep all stakeholders informed about the application status.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and mortgage software.
