Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Officer who has hands-on expertise in handling all types of loans including personal, home, auto, business, education, and mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, managing client portfolios, ensuring compliance, and supporting disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess and process applications for a variety of loans (secured and unsecured).

Evaluate creditworthiness and financial background of applicants.

Verify documentation, calculate eligibility, and coordinate with underwriting teams.

Provide tailored loan solutions and explain terms to clients.

Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and internal credit teams to ensure smooth disbursements.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and legal documentation.

Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality clients through referrals and outbound efforts.

Maintain records, generate reports, and track the loan performance.

Offer post-disbursement support and customer service.

Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in loan processing or loan sales across multiple loan products.

Strong understanding of financial documentation, credit reports, and underwriting norms.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of local markets in Hyderabad is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and loan management systems.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA / PGDM is a plus.
