Senior Performance Test Engineer-SE

We are seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in non-functional testing especially performance observability and chaos engineering. This role involves the full testing lifecycle from strategy design to hands-on execution and monitoring. You will work collaboratively with architects engineers and cross-functional squads to ensure high performance reliability and resilience of critical systems across product domains.

Performance Testing & Observability

• Own the Performance Testing and Observability framework across the product domain.
• Develop and implement observability and test strategies with Domain Architects and Engineering Managers.
• Design and execute performance tests on Microservices (REST / SOAP APIs) and FrontEnd layers.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Ensure performance requirements are met for all deployed software solutions.
• Work with development squads to identify reproduce and resolve performance issues including those reported by customers.
