- As Continuous Improvement champion to identify& implement ideas to improve process efficiency.
- Driving innovation - automation (RPA + advanceddigital skills) / process simplification or redesign
- Ownership for completing UAT for system upgrades
- Validating transactions, highlightingtransactions / customers that require close supervision.
- Ownership for all reporting
- SPOC for Internal, Group & ad-hoc auditrequests for data
- Solves Complex Operational Problems
- Support Manager in preparing analysis andinsights for improving working capital position
