Client Receivables Analyst

This role has been designed as Hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team, we ensure that the businesss capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. As a Client Receivables Analyst, you will be working on building relationships with HPE customers and internal partners to remove obstacles and enable payment.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing trustful relations with HPE customers to effectively manage current and past due AR balances.
  • Implementing effective communication / negotiation / collection techniques for all customer interactions (mainly through phone calls & emails).
  • Leveraging SAP S4 Hana and Sidetrade system capabilities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities and results.
  • Following organizational processes to ensure compliance adherence.
  • Collaborating with customers and other HPE teams to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues delaying payment.
  • Analyzing data and trends to make decisions, understand behaviors, and propose root-cause changes / solutions that result in a win-win situation for the customer and HPE.

What you need to bring : Education and experience :

  • ACCA / CIMA / CMA qualified is preferred with excellent communication skills.
  • A university degree from top colleges with a focus in finance & accounting is recommended.
  • Typically, 2 years of experience in finance / administration or related domains.
