Responsibilities
This role sits within our Partnerships and Communications Team. There are two key parts of the Partnerships & Communications Associate role.
Fundraising- Managing Partnerships
- Sustain and grow our current partnerships (these include CSR, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals) through high-quality reporting and regular immersion.
- Identify new partnership opportunities, develop win-win proposals and grow iTeach`s supporter base.
- Leverage corporate volunteering for the maximum possible support to our program teams.
Communications & Brand Awareness
Manage iTeach`s digital presence (social media, website, newsletter) to grow reach and effectiveness.Lead the designing of impactful marketing material to support the growth of your fundraising efforts.Collaborate with other teams in the organization to create impactful marketing campaigns for their work.Experience and Competencies
Required : Bachelor`s degree with strong performance.Preferred : 1-2 years of relevant work experience.Preferred : Proficiency in social media marketing.Skills Required
