Financial Due Diligence Specialist

Overview :

We are looking for a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in Internal Audit to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to assess financial risks, analyze key financial data, and provide insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial due diligence to assess company financials, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.
• Perform internal audit reviews to identify financial risks, compliance gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Analyze financial statements, tax records, and business performance metrics to identify key risks and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate financial findings effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support M&A transactions, investment decisions, and financial risk assessments.
