Description : Position Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated QA Lead with over 6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the QA team in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Ensure the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing processes.
• Guide and mentor team members in best practices for manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit to enhance testing efficiency.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.
