Mandatory Skills :

Along with Selenium, Candidate must have strong hands on Experience with Playwright / Cypress (Must be reflecting in Projects) and Performance Testing.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and visionary AVP QA Operations to lead and manage our quality assurance initiatives across global projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of hands-on testing expertise (manual and automation), leadership acumen, client engagement skills, and a deep understanding of test management tools and processes. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, overseeing execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and mentoring high-performing & Technologies :

• Automation : Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestProject or Any relevant tool
• Performance & Security : JMeter, Burp Suite, or Any relevant tool
• CI / CD & DevOps : Jenkins, GitHub or Any relevant tool
• Project & Defect Tracking : JIRA, Zephyr, Notion, Asana or Any relevant tool
• AI-powered testing platforms : Any relevant tool
• Database Testing : Proficiency in SQL and database testing; knowledge of programming languages like Java is highly desirable
• API Testing : Postman, and Rest Skill Sets :
• Proven experience in managing large testing teams and client relationships.
• Knowledge of domain-specific tools and methodologies in Fintech, Healthcare, Telecom etc.,
• Experience with using AI-powered testing platforms
• Hands-on experience in using tools like Cypress,Playwright, JMeter, Appium, and Postman.
• Conduct automation feasibility studies and performance / security testing with tools like JMeter, Burp Suite, and Cypress.
• Participate in prospect calls and pre-sales activities including demos and requirement analysis.
• Draft and present project proposals, test plans, and estimates.
• Ensure regular client communication through status updates, demo sessions, and risk reporting.
• Deliver project closure documents and conduct final walkthroughs.
• Lead and manage QA teams across multiple geographies.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation to drive skill development and growth.
• Build onboarding programs for freshers and laterals, including training frameworks and assessments.
• Establish QA processes from scratch for new clients / projects.
• Set up CI / CD integrations with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Monitor KPIs, perform quality audits, and drive continuous Responsibilities :
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of QA strategies, plans, and deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Oversee and ensure adherence to standard QA and testing processes throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Manage and mentor QA teams, both onshore and offshore, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development
• Define, track, and report on key QA metrics, process efficiencies, and productivity to exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and business expectations
• Collaborate with operations, development, and business analysis teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational issues and process defects, driving continuous improvement.
• Champion the adoption of automation testing, identifying areas for automation, building regression testing capabilities, and leveraging tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, and others
• Conduct ongoing QA reviews, root cause analyses, and risk assessments to ensure the effectiveness of controls and compliance with standards
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, risk assessments, and QA outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, compliance, audit, and technology partners
• Maintain and enhance QA documentation, including test plans, scenarios, scripts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Lead initiatives for process excellence, automation, and technology-driven improvements in QA and Attributes :
