About the role - AVP - Product
This is a revenue-impacting role. In this role, you would be responsible for 2 things :
- Lead the GTM products spanning 5 Million+ WAU across Interviewbit, Scaler topics, and Paid Channels to optimise the growth engines, reduce CAC, and optimise free user experience at scale
- Optimise paid user journey for 50,000+ paid subscribers weekly to enable the best learning and career outcome
- Lead and build a suite of AI enterprise and B2B products, working with large scale enterprises and governments
- This role would lead the product team and work very closely with CMO, CBO, and the founders to optimise the product strategy and lead the entire end to end product suite of around 15 products at the Proven ability in a Product Manager role for a B2C product. EdTech products are not a necessity. Previous experience around growth, revenue funnel optimisations are a huge plus.
- Experience in building and leading a world class product team
- Experience in designing and executing cross-functional initiatives to scale the product non-linearly
