The Operations MIS team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across both front and back-office functions. The team leverages data and various tools / techniques to generate key operations monitoring visualizations capability. The goal of the Operations MIS team is to drive data-driven decision-making for continuous operational improvement, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer experience. By acting as a bridge between business needs and information management capabilities, the team ensures data insights are getting translated into actionable strategies that drive tangible business outcomes.
Job Summary :
The AVP (IC SME), MIS will be part of Operations Analytics & MIS within Citi AIM vertical, a global community driving data-driven transformation across Citi. AIM's objective is to generate actionable intelligence for business leaders. This elevated role moves beyond traditional dashboarding to focus on proactive insight generation, early warning systems, automated commentaries, and serving as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and analytics capabilities. The IC SME will play a critical role in driving data-driven initiatives across the organization. By leveraging technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities, the IC SME will help the organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve its strategic goals.
