UI Designer - Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD

About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and strategic UI Designer who is passionate about delivering aesthetically pleasing and user-centered experiences. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and elevating the design language across all digital consumer touchpoints of our D2C eCommerce platform (web + mobile).

Youll serve as the visual brand guardian, ensuring consistency in design, usability, and conversion performance, while leading a team of designers to continuously optimize and innovate the user journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and evolve the UI and visual aesthetics of the companys eCommerce website and mobile app.
• Ensure consistency in design language across all landing pages, sales funnels, and digital consumer touchpoints.
• Be the brand guardian for the visual identity of the platform, ensuring adherence to Ayurvedic brand values and ethos.
• Lead and manage a team of UI and graphic designers to create high-converting, visually appealing landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure designs are optimized for conversion (CRO).
• Build product launch pages using plug-and-play landing page builders (Shopify-based).
• Work within the limitations of third-party apps and plugins while ideating innovative design solutions.
• Analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable UI / UX design decisions.
