Functional Area : Sales & Business Development

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Key Growth & Acquisition

  • Grow business through acquisition of new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new revenue streams and diversification opportunities in auto and non-auto sectors.
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to expand market presence.

RFQ & Commercial Management

  • Manage RFQs, costing, and price negotiations to secure profitable business.
  • Prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Work closely with senior management to align strategies with organizational sales goals.
  • Marketing & Documentation

  • Maintain and update business development documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to support brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Required Competencies :

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in costing, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
