Senior UX Engineer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the design process.
• Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles across the organization.
